Effective immediately, For 1st shift, the bonus is $1,000 and for 2nd shift it is $1,500.
What to know about the Production Lead role:
o The Production Lead is responsible for directing staff, monitoring product quality, and keeping their assigned line(s) running safely and efficiently while meeting run rates and product specificationsLot's of collaboration amongst different teams, communication, very detail orientated and able to multi task amongst a lot of moving parts.
o Pay $22 - $29two Shifts to select from:
o 5:
00 am - 3:
30 pm Tuesday - Friday or Monday - Thursdayo 3:
15 pm - 1:

Production Lead Required Skills/Abilities:
o Ability to lead, support, and give direction while creating a cohesive team environment.
o Ability to interpret and complete necessary manufacturing documentation.
o Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
o Efficient and effective communication and relational skills.
o Strong hand/eye coordination and dexterity.
Production Lead Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
o Coordinates daily operational activity of assigned production lines.
o Collaborates and communicates with all members involved in the production process.
o Assists with the efficient assembly and preparation of goods on the production line.
o Directs and assists with the cleanup of production lines and maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
o Completes all paperwork accurately with attention to detail.
o Implements current procedures related to safety, quality, productivity, and cost; and creatively seeks ways to make improvements within these procedures.
o Supports and adheres to companies' policies, procedures, and values.
o Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and
Experience:
o One to three years of relevant experience is preferred; however, a combination of skills and experience will be considered.
Physical Requirements:
o Constant standing is required while working on the production line as there are no chairs on the production line.
o Performing repetitive actions when picking up products off the line.
o Frequently moving items weighing up to 30 pounds across the facility.
o Visual acuity to read and follow instructions as well as inspect products.
